Our Trustees

Siriana has extensive experience in international and corporate transactional law. She has worked at Allen & Overy, as part of their international debt capital markets team. Before that, Siriana spent over 15 years in the City as a solicitor advising institutional, corporate and financial clients on their international security transactions. More recently, she was part of the Legal & Affairs team at Universal Music International Group. Her role involved regularly advising the Trustees of the EMI Archive Trust on their initiatives and providing counsel on all legal matters. Siriana has a strong interest in the charity and research sectors. In particular, she has a deep passion for cancer related medical research. As part of PTEN Research’s trustee team, she holds particular responsibility for providing advice on all things legal.
